We liked the roof. They did what they said, when they said they would do it. Product looks great, and they cleaned up after themselves. It cost what they said it would. I would happily recommend them.

Very pleased with the sales and installation service. I had lots of questions on warranty, references, and how to handle a venting problem I needed to fix. Max was very patient, ended up solving my venting problem with a better solution at no cost to us. Gave several days notice before coming, arrived on time, and were clean. Wow.

We stripped and replaced our roof in 1988, and even with good quality asphalt shingles, they were shrinking and some were quite deteriorated. Max provided answers to all my questions, and we decided on the Allmet Granite Ridge stone-coated steel shingles because we wanted a roof that looked much like the old one, and had nice clean lines. Although there were some delays due to weather in August 2012, the job was done professionally and quickly. There were some tricky bits - two dormers, skylight, separate front porch, separate dining room bump-out, two stacks, chimney - but it all came together and looks great, with nice clean lines. Because there was only one layer of asphalt shingles, they could put the new steel roof right on top - just the edges needed to be trimmed off first. We are very pleased with the look, and are confident that the house is really weatherproof.

We wanted to re-shingle our roof & received quotes for both metal & asphalt shingles. The steel roof from New Steel Roofers was not as expensive as we thought it would be. The gentlemen installing the roof were friendly and professional. We are very happy with the look of the steel roof. I am pleased with how the roof was constructed. I would not hesitate to have a steel roof installed again and I would definitely choose it over asphalt again too. Also, the squirrels no longer hang around our house trying to find a new home.

We had to get three quotes for a new roof for the house we own, attached to our Church. Your quote was in the middle of the three but addressed all the issues and concerns we had. Scheduling was on time and the installers did a great job and cleaned up after. Our church members were very pleased with the colour match to a similar roof on the church itself that was done about 10 years ago.
