Cleaned up area affected ( water on floor) and made sure I understood equipment functions before leaving.

I just had tech Adonay install a 9 camera DVR Lorex system (costco) on my home. He was outstanding! There was alot of work to do running wires in the attic and also all around the house. I am so happy with the work. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He knew all the best angles to set the cameras on to get the best views. This would have taken me a weeks work to do myself. Thank you HSG, they are always very reliable.

This is actually two reviews in one. A month ago I contacted HSG to come and do regular maintenance on our furnace. While here Mina not only did the maintenance but also conducted a thorough inspection of the furnace and discussed the issues and necessary work with me before starting. He replaced all filters, did a wonderful job clearing all hoses to the humidifier and explained what additional things we could do to help keep the system functioning efficiently. During his inspection he noted that our exhaust pipe no longer met current codes and standards and said it would need to be replaced. I told him we would like them to do the work and he made a note. After his visit the company contacted me to set up a date for the exhaust pipe change. This happened the next day.
Today Adam came to undertake that replacement. He was efficient and pleasant. He completed the work in less time that was estimated and contacted the company to let them know to make sure that I was not over charged for the work.
I am very impressed with the workmanship of both technicians that have come to my home and also their professionalism and respectful personalities. I will definitely be calling them again.
