Sine's Flooring Cobourg

Came in on a Saturday morning and they were able to accommodate a review of the work same day. Took about 2 weeks of follow ups from me to get the quote and book an appointment for another 2 weeks out. I was not at home during installation. Carpet transition was not installed and left on the floor with no screws for me to even finish the job. Markings and scratches/knife marks all over my walls and carpet dust not cleaned up. Work is satisfactory.

Nice stuff, nice people. They kindly provided me with big boxes multiple times for my move even though they had nothing to gain. I was moving far away and would no longer be a potential customer. I have friends who have good things to say from their experience with Sine's as well. This speaks highly regarding their level of service.

Sines is a 5 star all the way around. From the initial consultation, to the installation. Courteous, neat, professionals. The natural tumbled stone I chose as my backsplash is beautiful but was extremely difficult to work with.....Robs workmanship was second to none. Their carpenter, Brad, showed up to do some wood finishing and he is #1 in his field. Richard was the floor installer who I also rate a 5 star. Thank you for your hard word and excellent results.

Sine's Flooring has a great selection of carpeting and flooring. They are friendly and helpful. We had ceramic tiles added to a kitchen reno and the order was efficient and timely. Carpeting for a stairway was the same. A good place to do business.

Grouted Duraceramic laid in Kitchen, baths & entrance way. Grout started to crack in one area within a month & was repaired. Grout in same area and in all other areas of the house started to crack & shrink within the next few months. Owner came to the house to inspect & promised to have repaired, multiple calls & visits to the store yielded promises of repair, but over a year later, no contact & no repairs. I would not recommend this company.
