Thanks Terrell. Indeed the push for Microsoft has been aggressive and it is not for everyone. I was able to log on to your computer and download a utility that removed the pop ups and removed the update. At the same time we did a quick review of your system checking for malware and viruses.

We first started working with Eleanor last summer when her computer was so badly infected with malware and viruses. We cleaned up the computer but did say that it was not in great shape. We suggested to keep using it until it stopped working all together. We also bought a TV to use as a monitor to make it easier for Eleanor to see her games and emails. Recently the old computer finally gave up and we replaced it with a re certified Micorosoft Lenovo desktop that not only was a business class computer but within budget.
