Roofing review in

The flat roof on the garage was leaking (very minor) and it needed to be replaced. Received 3 quotes and all 3 were very similar, however this company also included the replacement of the perimeter cap (that the others planned to reuse) as they felt that it was starting to deteriorate and could be a source of future problems. It was a messy job in some very hot weather, but the guys worked through it with no complaints.
Roof looks great and performs without issue.
