Noticed an obvious defect in the final clear coat 3 hours after Ross left and had already been paid in cash. Tried for 3 weeks to get him to email/text/call me back, he ignored every message. Seems to be a trend with him based on the other feedback posted here, he clearly has no interest in customer service after he has been paid.

Although we love our hardwood floor, I am very disappointed Hi Tech provided no customer support afterward. Hi Tech did not return my calls or respond to e-mail with regards to issues I have with my floor they installed less than one year ago.
