Excellent after purchase Service. Willingness to change the item months after the original purchase.
I purchased a cook-top from CAS in Toronto Mid September, in anticipation of a partial kitchen refresh. Our kitchen renovation significantly changed, which meant we could use a larger cooktop.
Although the appliance was not opened or used, CAS did not have to agree to change it. (Their policy says 30 days) They changed it for a bigger & better model, months after the purchase. (I paid the price difference), and they shipped for free to Ottawa store for pickup. Great Service , Thank you.

Canadian appliance source had the lowest prices for the Stove and Fridge brand and model we were looking for.
Large show room and knowledgeable staff and even a great service we got from Ravi, sealed the deal.
Delivery staff arrived on time and were extremely professional. I would definitely shop here again for future appliance needs.
