Canadian Appliance Source

We came to CAS looking for a good deal on quality appliances. We had been shopping around a little bit but found it frustrating to make decisions as always a couple of the items we wanted were not in stock. When we arrived at CAS "Daniel Torres" came to assist us. We explained that we wanted various appliances at a good deal and that they all had to be in stock. Daniel was very attentive and managed to get us better deals than we had seen to date, all matching "Kitchen Aid" and within our budget. I normally don't buy extended warranties but with so much electronics involved these days, surges etc., I prefer to have a five year no worry period and Daniel made that interesting as well so we are very happy with our purchase and service so far.
I will give five stars if all is delivered successfully.

Our experience with this company was good, in large part because of Alex Polak. Original attempts to speak with sales reps were frustrating, but Alex was extremely reliable once I connected with him. Product selection was good. First delivery failed as product arrived damaged in original packing. Not delivery guys fault, but frustrating. We rescheduled and second freezer was damaged, again in original packing, but only a very small dent and we accepted product as it was. Delivery team very attentive and helpful. Freezers seem to be hard to find so we were happy to have one at all and they removed our old freezer for a small fee. I would use this company again.

The measure of a great company is what they do when things go wrong. There was a slip up in the ordering and Matt and his manager at the Ottawa store went over the top to ensure we had the best service. I had ordered a propane stove for a new build when code prevented me from installing propane. Matt swapped it out for electric without hesitation. When deliveries were unexpectedly delayed, the manager made good and gave us extra assistance. I would buy from this store again without a doubt. Their prices are the best, their service is the best.

Angelo did a great job in selling us a wall oven. He took the time to get the correct unit to fit our space as we replaced an older unit. He made the buying process very easy. Thanks

Mr. Sutherland approached us in a friendly articulate manner. His product knowledge was excellent and he answered all pertinent questions towards our decision to purchase our new washing machine. He was very helpful in getting our machine delivered in a timely manner as we were on a tight schedule. We would not hesitate to recommend him to friends/family in search of appliances.

It was wonderful first time meeting with Jeff who gave is a lot of good information to help us narrow our search.

The second time was even better when we purchased the stove at a fantastic price based upon internet savings.

I purchased a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave from Canadian Appliance Source in Ottawa. Alex P. helped me select the right appliances for the office at our startup. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and customer service. Very pleased with all of the appliances. Terrible service! They delivered and installed the machine, it was not tested by the technician. It was faulty during FIRST use, and when I called to complain, they put it through warranty process. Its been 2 weeks and the machine is NOT working and very little effort to resolve the situation.

I couldnt of asked for a better sales associate Gary Moskalyk, he was pleasant not pushy helped me sort out all questions regarding all of my appliances, he worked on my tiime slot, emailed me back quickly, It was a pleasure to deal with someont that can understand the stresses of purchasing a large appliance order. There prices were better then anyone I spoke to he worked out several packages to meet my budget. Great experience. Thank you Gary :)
