The sales help was very helpful in making the purchase but was not clear when i asked if they remove the dishwasher when putting in the old dishwasher he told me yes but they do not connect the new one.so we planned on having someone to connect the new one but not told till the evening before that we had to connect it ourself.it made everything very inconvenient for us.
