Better Business Bureau Pattern of Complaints
"The Better Business Bureau files indicate a pattern of complaints for this business." I wish i had read this before ordering. It is the worst service i have ever experienced. Ordered online, waited over two months without a status update. can't get answers from customer service and to top it off, if i want to cancel the order that i still can't get or no one can tell me when will be ready, i will be charged a 25% fee that is not made clear anywhere on there website before ordering. Do yourself a service and never buy from this place!!!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about the delay you have experienced as it relates to delivery. Most manufacturers have been experiencing production or shipping delays due to the pandemic. This is quite unfortunate but outside of our control.
