Worst Service and Delivery. Irresponsible staff
I ordered a stove on Jan 8th, i was told it will be delivered in 2 weeks time. I contacted after 3 weeks and thats when they said its backordered. I am like - shouldnt you have told me that before? I waited 3 freaking weeks with alternate options for stove!
I hate this company. Last year alone I spent about 7000$ in appliances with them. And if this is the review im giving then everyone can understand how frustating the experience is all this time!

Unfortunately, at times a manufacturer will encounter a delay in production of their product and we don't always get advised by them right away, however, I agree we could have been better in communicating this delay to you once we had been advised.
