Be careful with CAS customer service which is really bad from top down.
I paid for removal of old fridge when bought a new one. Delivery crew was rude, delivered new fridge but refused to remove old fridge, hit walls inside house and slammed new fridge. No instructions was given to disassemble fridge door before delivery. Called CAS customer service to schedule new pickup and was told I have to pay again; agents were rude and only escalate to manager after requested 3 times. Left phone message with manager who did not return phone calls nor follow up with escalated email. This was a week ago. Salesman was gracious to arrange “alternative” pickup; but management and call centre don’t care. Stay away from them.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that the delivery team was not able to remove your old fridge as it would not fit out of your home without the fridge doors being removed. The delivery team will not remove the doors on your old fridge. As such we have refunded your fee for the appliance removal.
