Second and third damaged "new" appliance

Sales staff great. Customer service is garbage. Web site is misleading for cs issues. Upload function doesn't work properly for submitting an issue. Received two damaged freezers. Second one took a week. Could not speak with Jay, cs manager. He was not available by phone, and would not return calls. Not able to resolve issues to my satisfaction. Had to take more time away from work to go in person, and ask repeatedly to speak with Jay, the customer service manager. Guy at desk refused to get Jay until I provided him with all the details. Jay wouldn't guarantee any delivery time. I had no choice but to ask for a refund. This was the second and third damaged appliance received from them for the same house. Not worth the deal you think it may be, when garbage comes to your door after 8pm for a 2:10-6:10pm delivery window. Not recommend.
