Awful return policy and customer service
We bought in the store fridge and dishwasher. When the fridge was delivered, it turned out that it didn't fit the place in kitchen. Delivery crew insisted that we should sign for delivery and later to request from store for exchange it to smaller model. The same day I filled and sent the return authorization form with indication that we want not just return it, but exchange. During this process I found not pleasant statement on their website, that any return or cancellation is charged with 25% restocking fee, which was already unpleasant surprise. But actual deal was even worse. I received in 2 days refusal from employee Katelyn (without last name and title!), stated that the return was not authorized, as I knew specifications and accepted the delivery. All my trials to explain, that I was misinformed by their delivery crew about the process (by the way, I mentioned even, that I had two witnesses of our conversation with the crew), and I didn't try even to avoid the draconian 25% "restocking" fee, and that I want to buy instead another item did not help. Katelyn without last name was relentless and refused to authorize the return and exchange. As a result we left with not fit fridge, that we should sell now through Kijiji. I definitely will not leave it as is, but just wanted to warn potential buyers from dealing with the store. You can buy and pray that everything is OK, but in case something not - you are screwed.
