Complete kitchen appliance replacement
Went to the Dufflaw location of CAS. Adib helped me find the correct product (2 DOAN downdrafts) and processed the order very quickly. The price was very reasonable. Adib was helpful and informative.
Subsequently visited the Whitby outlet and David assisted me in placing an order (all fridge, all freezer with trim kit; slide-in gas oven; slide-in convection oven; beverage cooler; wine cooler; dish washer). David was very pleasant and helpful and the order was the same price as one placed with Sears earlier which they had been unable to supply (Sears pricing included a 40% discount).
The dish washer (floor model) was missing some trim parts and David quickly contacted the supplier and the parts were delivered within 3 days.
