We have ordered a Weber Gas Grill and we were told that it will be delivered in TWO WEEKS!!!!!!!
That was just a big false promise, because when we contacted them after 3 weeks of waiting we were told that the grill is not available and they have no time frame when it will be available. Also they charged my credit card after they told me that it will not be charged till they receive the unit in their warehouse. The salesman Paul kept putting me on hold again and again after I showed my displeasure over the phone just to tell me eventually that the Grill might be available in another 10 days to 2 weeks but with no guarantees. I acknowledge that they had the most competitive price in the market but lower price means bad customer service & false promises. Now I am still waiting my Gas Grill to arrive and paid for something which I am not sure when or if it will ever arrive.... Any suggestions please let us know?. This was our first time dealing with this company and we are now wondering if we ever should have!!!!!!!!!!!!!
