I found a GE microwave on the company website for a good price. I called and spoke to Ajay who assured that he had the product in stock. I asked him for the address, and told him that I would be coming in right away to make the purchase. Once I arrived, he told me that the product was not there, although it was in stock. I told him that I made the trip because of what he told me. No apology whatsoever. I became upset and luckily spoke to another salesperson, Angelo, who quickly resolved the issue by giving me an even better price on the unit and arranging delivery. Ajay needs to take lessons in customer service from Angelo. I will only deal with Angelo in the future.
