Stopped in on A very busy day - Black Friday. I was with my young son and was immediately greeted and taken care of by Louis Samonas - he was very professional and knowledgeable and was great with my child. No high pressure tactics but very efficient service. I wasn't prepared to seal the deal on the spot as I wanted to confirm our selections for a new wall oven and induction cooktop with my wife. Prices were better than anywhere - I did have to finalize by end of business (7pm) to get the Black Friday deals. I called back to firm up at about 6:30, Louis answered and said he was with a client but would call me back. Well 7pm (closing time) came and went, so did 7:30..... I was a bit concerned.... but at 7:40pm Louis called back as promised 40 minutes after close. He was awesome - I was so happy with the service and prices that I bought a Bosch dishwasher, a Panasonic microwave and trim kit over the phone in addition to the GE Cafe wall oven and Induction cooktop. Within minutes of hanging up I had a confirmation email with the details of my transaction. And a day later he sent me all the PDF spec sheets with all the installation requirements my kitchen designer would need to finalize our cabinet order. Absolutely superb service!!
