Bought a Whirlpool freezer from them and it stopped working after 2days. We did not notice this for anothe 2days. We lost $500 worth of meat and other foods.
We were told to contact the manufacturer as they were not prepared to help in anyway. They as much as told us to get lost despite having bought a new washer and dryer 2 months earlier.
Customer service means nothing to this company.
