A botched job from beginning to end on two different jobs.
First was an install of carpet that was cut so many times because the installer was lazy. He then burned my carpet trying to seal all the cuts. I was told that they may or may not have done the damage. Are you kidding me. The underlay had two different thicknesses that was easily discernible. The look and workmanship was so bad I switched to laminate. The big mistake was using Jordan's again.
A little over two years later the slats are sliding back and forth creating large gaps.
When I called for repair I was told that it was beyond their two year workmanship warranty. Workmanship should be guaranteed for life. The product is fine, the install was sub standard. Jordan's was not interested at all in fixing the problem.
With regards to Jordan's I have never come across such poor workmanship and customer care. Buyer beware! I will pass this on to all that I can starting with this Home Stars review.
