We have been in our home now for 5 years. From the get go there were issues...bad wiring, ducting installed incorrectly, and the most aggravating issue is condensation entering our microwave, which is at the least a life and safety issue. After many discussions with the builder we were told it is all up to code and the builder is not prepared to do anything more for us...we are on our own. Well it is not just us, there are 6 out of 16 units that all have condensation issues that the builder is turning his back on.

For nearly 2 years, I have been dealing with Perry Homes on a continuous basis, and is still ongoing. When I initially met them, they presented an image of delivering high quality and exceptional workmanship. As time progressed, and money was fully transferred to their hands, their promises and image started to disintegrate. They promised me to build a home of the same quality or better as their show home. I never had a home with so many deficiencies as Perry Homes; incredibly poor quality control and feeble warranty. They do not only have outstanding conflicts with the client, but also with the adjacent neighbors of the house they built. Choosing Perry Homes is a regretful mistake. Plenty of promises, but their commitments are next to nothing. Any potential and serious considerations from future customers for choosing Perry Homes should review my email correspondence with this builder before making their commitment. They have been in the business long enough to know how to trick ordinary customers, therefore, be aware.
