We had some living room furniture delivered from furniture store and unfortunately there was some damage to our hardwood flooring. The damage was over 3 or 4 of the boards. Pavel came out to see what had to be done. We had several boards left over, but time and humidity caused our boards would not match the ones that were installed. He instructed us to leave them out so the boards would match the ones already installed. After about 10 days Pavel came out to complete the work. While doing the work he was telling us what he was doing. He repeatedly had to test fit the boards. Once he was done you could not see where he had replaced the damaged boards. Pavel was always on time and available when we called him. We couldnt be more happy with the workmanship and professionalism.

We have been in our home now for 5 years. From the get go there were issues...bad wiring, ducting installed incorrectly, and the most aggravating issue is condensation entering our microwave, which is at the least a life and safety issue. After many discussions with the builder we were told it is all up to code and the builder is not prepared to do anything more for us...we are on our own. Well it is not just us, there are 6 out of 16 units that all have condensation issues that the builder is turning his back on.
