Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in

I ordered triple pane and they installed dual pane. As well, one of the doors was cracked, and they didn't even caulk the tops of the windows where there was a 1/4"gap. They claim to be the best... well if thats the best I would hate to see the worst.

Craig, we are cetainly not in the habit of installing product that our customer did not order. If you contact me we can confirm that the quote that was reviewed with you and subsequently signed off by you, was for Triple glazed windows. If this is the case we will change the glass immediately. In respect to any gaps, your installation is fully warrantied for 5 years so please contact us for any concerns.
