I had 3 windows replaced, one fixed and two sliders. The 2 sliders were supposed to pull into the house for easy cleaning, but instead they are the style where you physically have to lift them over head and take them out. My discussion with salesperson Mr Jackson was all about ease of cleaning my windows and how I liked the windows that swing into the house. I had other windows replaced by this company and dealt with Mr Jackson previously and those windows pull into the house. I have called Mr. Jackson with no response. I am not a happy customer and feel angry that there has been no follow up.
