Brought vacuum in for repair April 27, 2016 … possible loose connection. Never heard from them for over 2 weeks, so phoned them and discovered they were phoning me at the wrong number. Picked vacuum up May 13 and paid $36.16. Vacuum worked for short while then same problem returned. Friend took vacuum apart and found fault. He told me that it was obvious that Tony’s Power Tool Vacuum Service had NOT even looked inside the unit. Therefore, I had paid $36.16 for NOTHING! Phoned and told the company, but the person I talked to thought it was one big joke. I am writing this review to warm people.
