Very courteous and reliable, Gary arrived when he said he would and his work was without fault. I first had Mr Rooter give me a quote and they wanted $1700 to do the repairs, I had Gary come in and perform the same repairs for $300 and that included a tip. Even though I confided in Gary of Mr Rooters price, he still only charged me $300, I am truly puzzled at what Mr Rooter was going to do for $1700?? So if you want the job done properly and at a reasonable price, Call Gary.

Efficient and quick, true, when installing my new water heater , but left it sticking out in the room and then charged $230 to put it back in the right place. Then tried to tell me that he put it back where it was. Came late, was here for 1 hr 20 min max, charged for 2 hrs. Does what's quickest and easiest without thinkig or asking the customer. Avoid avoid avoid.

Installed new dishwasher in a tight space with some difficulty in de installing the old dishwasher. Competent friendly guys. Would recommend them for future plumbing jobs. Quick thinking under pressure.
