After noticing that the carpet in our new home was easy to snag - we contacted Dannburg to find out why this was.
After they came out to inspect our carpet - there was no hesitation in informing us that all the carpet had to be replaced because it came from a defective batch. Hearing this, we were concerned about the inconvenience of having to move all our furniture around, etc. However, they took care of moving all the furniture and were very efficient at replacing the carpet.
Their team was very cautious about moving all the furniture and the installation went very well. 6 rooms and stairs were completed in just under 5 hours !!!
What started as a negative impression of the company turned out very positive !
