Peter's Aluminum Prime Ltd

I have dealt with Peter's in the past, and they were fine. In the past year, however, the company has totally gone off the rails! All I needed was replacement glass for a window that they originally installed. The guy came by TWICE to measure the glass, and "forgot" to call me to say when he would come by to install. Weeks passed, multiple calls and promises of "I will call you right back." Well, they never did. I had to go there again, and again, they "forgot." Despite a recent appointment, they didn't show up...again!

There is no longer a "Peter," by the way -- he died years ago, and his wife took over the company. All I can say is, their retirement is long overdue.
