Knowingly applied IKO shingles that were known to be defective and one of the guys on the job site mentioned it and he said "oh, no that was all fixed up, that was a long time ago". Came back last year 4 times with promises to fix. He "gave me his word" he'd be back by Sept 30 of last year to fix and has never shown up. I have repeatedly called and just called again..got the machine. Last time I was able to speak with anyone it was his wife and she said "it's been a bad year for us". That was her only response.
