Thermostat quit suddenly. Abbey Air sent Adam on the call. He was professional, courteous and efficient and I would highly recommend him and Abbey Air.

Dec. 7, at Annual maintenance told that flue tee needs replacing. Technician ordered it. Dec. 8 different technician advises pipes needs replacing, as they are not acceptable, gas will be cut off. Not told this on Dec. 7. We decided to replace furnace altogether. $337, refunded.

Heige was great...my furnace wasn't heating properly so I gave Abbey Air a call...Heige walked me though everything including the challenges with my furnace motor and promptly replaced it with an new one. He also provided other handy tips and guidance around maintaining the furnace and was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional

Adam and Ben did a great job installing my new furnace and air conditioner. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. They were careful to avoid any damage and did a great job paying attention to the little details of the install.

Maintenance check was performed with all safeties and electrical components checked and the flame sensor was cleaned. Filter changed.
