Our first call to "About Pure Air" was for a gas dryer hook up. Subsequently we had a furnace repair of a major component and just recently replaced that furnace & air conditioner with high efficiency units.

Firstly, Peter gives a thorough assessment of what is needed. All questions/issues are addressed completely. (Also patiently!) The workmanship was excellent. The crew was punctual. The clean up was complete. Pricing was competitive.

I have used this company for small services on my pool heater, air conditioner and furnace over a number of years. They have provided economical solutions in allotted time frames. Thus when it came time to replace our outdated, inefficient furnace and air conditioner I decided to have them quote again. This is the 3rd time I've used About Pure Air services (other times include services for install of a BBQ gas line and pool heater, dryer vent relocation, and new gas line to kitchen).

My UNICO system was over 17 years old and was showing sign of old age. I did my homework and got several quotes and after much research and investigation I chose About Pure Air Inc. to do the job. It offered top of the line products without taking any short cuts. The company was not the cheapest or the most expensive but I felt that the business owner knew what he was doing. The job commenced when he said it was going to. He kept me appraised of the progress. At the end when I pointed out a minor deficiency in the installation. Our electrician recommended About Pure ir and we are so glad he did. We were impressed with their promptness, professionalism and courtesy. The worked quickly and quietly and did an excellent job. When we were informed by the gas company that both our water heater and furnace needed replacing, we went to Pure Air for recommendations and a quote. Peter Papay showed up that night with all the info. The price was more than fair and Peter helped us make a decision on whether to go medium or high-efficiency. Installation went without a hitch. Peter came back a couple days later to tweak the fan settings and it has been perfect ever since.
