Inspection

Our condo contractted drainage/sloping work on our balconies and I decided to have their work inspected because of workmanship and company reputation concerns, 2 days after my balcony work had been completed, Glenn Duxbury found that there was a section that was not adhering properly & when it rained there would be a problem. I had just paid a few $1000 for this work & thankful Glenn found it so I could have it repaired before the contractors left our condo. High level of knowledge and very thorough, without his help it would have been missed.Recommend him for home inspections for any reason.I did not keep my receipt and cannot recall what the exact cost was.

Inspector

DO NOT use this guy as your inspector. He missed my dishwasher, ceiling fan, garburator and cupboard lights all not working in my new place. His handy work (aka incompetence) cost me an arm and a leg. Favorite part is that the dryer was not attached to anything so hot air would just get blown into my laundry closet. I knew he didn’t turn them on but is it wrong to assume that Glenn Druxbury inspector extraordinaire would ensure the washer & dryer were attached to something? Nope. When I sent an email asking him how these things got missed he was full of attitude and vinegar. He said I got more from him than any of his competitors would provide then signed the email the Chief Caring Professional. Take it from me - DO NOT use this guy as your inspector.
