My experience with Kempenfelt windows was very positive.
I was given an approximate installation date and was called a week head with a time then was called the day of installation that they would be delayed an hour . They were all poliite and professional they cleaned up complettly. I am extremely happy with both the windows and door and have noticed a difference In the temperature around the windows already.
