Bought well over $100,000 worth of stone from Crystal. We decided use something different for our master bathroom. When we went to return the stone we did not want to use, they hit us with a 30% restocking fee. When we went to negotiate this excessive fee, they offered us 20% and behind my back, told my fabricator to charge us 25% and keep 5% for themselves. ALL IN A CREDIT NOTE ONLY.Nice try REUBEN. THANK GOODNESS THAT MY FABRICATOR IS NOT SLEEZY LIKE YOU WERE TO US!! As a builder and someone who has sent A LOT of business their way, I didn't expect to be treated this way. I heard I am not alone.

Reuben provided us with excellent customer service, support, patience, and responsiveness throughout the selection, templating, and installation of our kitchen countertops as well as hearth stones for our new wood burning stove. Deliveries took place as scheduled and any issues were resolved within a day. We are overall very satisfied with our gorgeous new quartzite countertops and granite hearth stones (all natural stone).

We decided to replace our granite countertop with a waterfall countertop. With so many companies advertising marble, quartz etc it was overwhelming and worse yet when contacting companies the number who do not return phone calls is disappointing. Fortunately a friend referred me to Reuben at Crystaltile. From the first phone call I felt looked after. Reuben provided guidance and advise when picking out the slab, did what he said, when he said he would do it and always pleasant. He would return calls, emails and text messages within a reasonable timeframe, always within a few hours but usually within minutes. The installation team arrived on time, took care, were polite and always cleaned up. They took pride in their work. I am thrilled with the finished look of the island and impressed with the level of professionalism and service provided by Reuben and Crystaltile. Marion

Finding the right people to put the finishing touches on my kitchen was almost as difficult as deciding on who I was going to use to redo our kitchen. I spent countless hours researching, driving to places all over Mississauga, Oakville and Etobicoke in search of the perfect counter tops - within my budget of course!! Enter Reuben of Crystal Tile!! I had a vision in my minds eye and relied on Reuben to make it happen. As much as I tested his patience with my constant emails, texts, indecision, questions and requests, he never wavered in his commitment to give me exactly what I had envisioned. He did not fail us. We bought kitchen counter tops from Crystal Tile and Marble and Jean-Douglas was our rep. He did an excellent job. We were working with a tight deadline and he even came in to take measurements on his day off (his birthday). He was prompt and courteous and had a great work ethic and our kitchen looks great.

I dealt with Angela and the team at Crystal Tile and they were amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our end result. We would highly recommend them to others.

Nightmare

Dean who is the owner does not care one bit about customer service. If you want your job done twice because these guys can't do it right the first time they hire them. Worst workmanship and terrible customer service

We had a very unfortunate working relationship with the owner and Crystal Tile and Marble in general. Poor communication, poor follow up. Not satisfied with the overall experience. Sorry, we would never do business with them again.

Approx. 3months ago my family and I purchased a new home. our as we would call it was a diamond in the ruff but it did need some upgrades. we decided that the first move was to renovate the kitchen so we decided that the best way to go was to get granite put in. I went to shop around and found that many places were over priced and not very knowledgeable in the field. I then took to the web to research the best companies out there and stumbled upon Crystal Tile & Marble. my husband and I decided that we would pop in and see what they had to offer. Upon arriving at Crystal we were greeted by a young gentleman by the name of Claudio who was a shop worker who assisted us in picking out material and answered any questions we had. I respected the fact that he took the time out to assist us and was very knowledgeable and answered the million and one questions we had. I likes that this transaction felt comfortable and that we were confident in our purchase. The counter and backsplash was installed shortly after and the finished product was beautiful. The installers were respectful and did amazing work. The work was done In a timely manner and within the time frame promised. Since then we have received so many compliments on our kitchen. I would recommend Crystal Tile & Marble to anyone looking for professionalism, honesty and piece of mind that the job will get done and get done correctly. I cannot wait for our next project and will most definitely do business with them again. Keep up the good work!!!
