I initially hired them to come in and clean the carpet. There were a few issues that \i was not completely satisfied. They had called to follow up and ensure \i was happy. \i said there were a few spots - and they took great pains to ensure that \i was satisfied and returned to fix the problem areas and were very professional. \i was very satisifed with their amazing customer service and their desire to keep me happy as a customer. \i would use their services again.
