We were very impressed with a variety of things: the professionalism and the two hour phone call to advise us of carpet cleaner’s schedule, the company’s guarantee and the follow up to ensure our satisfaction. Very professional.

Our carpet was in pretty poor condition with soiled area's from an aging pet. The technician took great care in paying special attention to the stains and being very thorough with the entire process. We were impressed with the technicians attitude and work ethics considering how labor intensive this type of work entails. "Job Well Done".

I called on a Wednesday and they were able to come out on the Friday. Service was good and the tech., was very nice and went straight to work.would recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

Very professional and respectful staff, they kept in touch with me to accommodate my schedule, the technician was very respectful and made sure the job was properly done. Also pointed some issues that could not be solved instead of just ignoring it without letting me know. I strongly recommend them.

I first made the appointment on July 22 requesting Justin do the cleaning since he did such a great job on my furniture last year. I was told Justin would come out. Well, Justin did not come out I think it was Mark, check with the office on the name. Anyway, I was totally stressed, upset and disappointed! The sofa and love seat looked worse than before he cleaned it! Justine came out to inspect it and took pictures.Then July 31, Lawrence came out to inspect it. On Aug 15, Ron came and finally cleaned it and did a fantastic job!! We were not able to use the living room for 24 days! I paid for 2 invoices--C430993 &C430910, A full refund will be appreciated. I had 24 stairs cleaned, the fellow was extremely pleasant and friendly, however he did a poor job. I appreciate that my stairs may be difficult to clean as 12 of them are open, and 12 are closed in, however, the stairs still show dirt and particularly on the edges! He was at my house a total of 20 minutes. Seems maybe in a bit of a hurry?

Didn’t move furniture such as side table, chair ,small ottoman or nightstand . I have to check and remind the tech to remove stain actually not satisfied the service. Really not happy .this company charge more then any company but work satisfaction is not grunted

We have not had carpet cleaners in for a couple of years as we had been so disappointed in what the last fellas didnt do from another company, This company and the gentleman that did the cleaning met and even exceeded our expectations. Our carpets are 24 years old but with only two of us they are still worth cleaning. The cleaning was amazing they look so very good. Highly recommend them :)
