Total Tech Pools

I paid Total Tech close to $400.00 to close my pool that had a torn liner. I asked for a quote to assess the leak was coming from the liner and not the stairs, as well as a quote for a new liner. I was willing to pay so much to have the pool closed in order to get a professional opinion on the pool condition. I came home to the pool closed, equipment left out, and a very rude note on my invoice telling me I had been told in the past to trim my hedges if I wanted the company to come back to my house. While this company had been to my house before, they had never mentioned they had an issue with my hedges close to the pool. It is something I acknowledged and they told me they could work around. I never received a quote or assessment for the leak. I could have closed the pool myself for free but wanted the professional opinion. The note they left was unprofessional. I cannot trim the hedges until the safety cover is on the pool when it is closed and they had been trimmed that spring, despite the accusation on the note that they had not.
Very disappointing and unprofessional.

They brought my pool back to life and helped with the coordination of other businesses to get things done. Their communications were clear and timely and they bent over backwards to make sure everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. Their technicians were ready to jump in and give me a hand when needed - always friendly and willing to go that extra mile to help out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering having a pool installed or repaired.

My husband and I bought a new house with a swimming pool, something we had never had before, and Total Tech Pools had been looking after it when we bought it. We went into see them and the customer service we have received has been excellent. The first summer we found out we had a small leak in the liner and they were able to take a quick look and find the leak in seconds to keep us going thru that summer. We decided to order a new liner for the next spring and again they looked after us . In the morning I went to work and when I got home the pool was filled .
We have had nothing but great service from this company and I would highly recommend them.
