Softub Canada

I use my softub every night, I would chose it over my secondary car! Never had any issues, my MIL has had her tub for over 15years with no issues. Able to drain it and bring it out to camp in summer! I prefer this over a hot tub due to the mobility of it, no plumbing or special electrical and more cost effective. I have the 6 man and would highly recommend it!

Over 4.5 yrs we've had one issue after another. On two occasions circuit boards in the Hydromate needed to be replaced. We have had three issues with leaks where the liner has holes cut-out for the jets. The tub itself expands somewhat over time due to age and weight of the water; however the vinyl liner doesn't expand, causing it to pull away from the jets. Softub Canada has been totally unhelpful - unwilling to honor the warranty, claiming water chemistry issues without even any actual inspection of the tub. However PH, alkalinity and chlorine have always been carefully monitored and maintained. Our original $6000+ purchase (including accessories) is now ready for the landfill.

Have had my six man Softtub for over 15 years. The best purchase I ever made. Decided to have it serviced and had it recovered to a different colour. Sales person was so friendly and helpful. They picked up my tub at the scheduled time and returned it looking brand new with it's new cover in the exact time frame they quoted. Have loved dealing with this company. We transport our Softub to our cottage every year and have had no issues with squeezing it into our trailer, no damage ever. Very portable. Exceptional quality Canadian made product. Would highly recommend Softub.

BUYER BEWARE !!! If dealing with Soft Tub Canada ... one salesperson in particular will claim the Softtub is quite flexible as far as squeezing through doorways or similar tight places. Problem is, the delivery personnel will not test that flexibility through fear of damaging the unit, and then owning it. A classic case of a saleman saying whatever is necessary to make a sale. My money was returned minus an admin fee - which I expect the saleman pocketed. He also attempted to charge for delivery (which was supposed to be free). There is also a lack of communication between this company and the local stores, regarding Sales, and technical detail. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!! Go with the infatable AERO, or SPA-in-a-box ... it will last as long and for a LOT less money.
