As noted below I agree with the first reviewer BUT in addition these folks had the gall to charge for attending to correct their own deficiencies, and there were many.

Landeca didn't come close to meeting their estimate or their estimated timeline. They were way over on both. Bottom line with this company is that they are disorganized, take on more work than they can successfully and efficiently complete in a timely manner. Project managers are young and inexperienced and seem to know little about construction. AND WAS SELDOM SEEN ON SITE You will pay for all of the slick online marketing and fancy vehicles, and therefore you will pay thousands more for the same quality of work as the self-employed carpenter down the road. It might be harder to find that guy since they don't have all the marketing, but in the end you'll receive better attention, same quality of work done on time and all for less.
