Carleton Refrigeration just installed our central a/c. And not a moment too soon - just before the heat wave hit. They had given us a quote 18 months ago and although I expected them to revise it upwards (due to increased costs) they stood by the original quote. They even moved our installation date up as my husband has a severe respiratory disease and my 93 year old mother lives with us.

The young men who came to do the installation were courteous and professional. They were very good about Mom's sensitive hearing and would warn her before they made any noise that might upset her. Having never had central air before I had LOTS of questions. They very patiently answered them - even the really dumb ones! They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. The office staff too are all very polite and professional and helpful. Kudos to the entire team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic diagnostic session. The technician is professional and knowledgable. In his short visit he identified that there was only a small adjustment issue with my AC and I am glad that I know I do not need to spend huge money on repair.

The technician showed up on time and was in and out in a timely manner. He was professional and polite. I was also very impressed with the COVID-19 precautions the company has in place.

I called this morning with a furnace problem - a water leak. Alisha arrived, diligently looked for the source, and was not satisfied until she had found a minute crack in a manifold. I am a long in the tooth airplane mechanic, and was very impressed with her work ethic and cleanliness of the job site. The follow up by In house staff was very professional. I will definitely be recommending Carleton to friends and aquaintances, and becoming a regular customer.

Yes they were quick to come out but they were here for less than 1/2 an hour. Cost us over $228. Got the furnace going but it quit in the middle of the night causing my house it be 16 degrees. They quoted us over $1200 to put a new motor in plus the $228 we had already paid.
Very frustrating, as we had the part replaced and installed for $500!!!!!! Explain that???? Would not call again, not even if we had no heat.

For the past 15 years or more, I have had annual maintenance done to both my furnace and A/C. The Techs sent to my home have always been very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Carleton Refrigeration to anyone looking for a dependable and cost worthy company.

They were Clean, courteous, and efficient. There was a part needed for the furnace and they were able to do that work right then. We would get them back again for sure.
