Promised to provide service after 3 months of phone calls. Never bothered to followe through

Purchased over 7,000 of granite. There was a stain on 1 piece. Three months of calls with promises of the owner getting back to me. Never happened. When I did get in touch with him, he promised to come by, but never bothered to call me back.
