Green Living Flooring

I read up the product information on their site and was impressed. After their contractor laid the floor, there was space between the wall and the edge of bamboo plank. I complained and even sent picture - no response from either the contractor or the owner. It is now almost 2 years and one of the plank is starting to crack. I called owner and he asked me to call the contractor. The contractor keeps on giving excuses and it is 3 months and still no work has been done. I also found that it dents the floor with even a fridge magnet drop.

I was planning on using the same people to do the living/dining area for me but have changed my mind.
