I was very happy with both the pre-process of determining what units work for my home as well as the install. The installers were very tidy and took the time to review the new thermostat and everything that was done in the process. I would highly recommend Reliance Superior to family and friends.

Last November, we had the opportunity to do business with Reliance Superior Heating and Air Conditioning, and we enjoyed doing business with them. We never felt pressured by sales tactics and appreciated the knowledge of their staff in their products. The sale representative Gavin, combined professionalism, honesty and a down to earth personality when he advised us that the furnace that we wanted to purchase was too big for our current house. As our previous furnace was no longer working and we needed a new furnace as soon as possible as it was getting cold outside, Reliance Superior Heating and Air Conditioning went the extra mile by ensuring we stayed warm through the winter while minimizing any stress involved. Their office ensured we had quick service that was convenient with our schedules. They were punctual, and reliable never leaving the customer guessing.

We had furnace and tankless water heater installed in our home, First off we would like to say how easy the process was in dealing with Gavin and the installation crew.
Gavin was very knowledgeable about the products and advised us on what we needed for our home. The installers were excellent as well as there was no mess after the install and they went above and beyond in making the install process a great experience. Firstly, what sold me on choosing Superior was Gerry's presentation & expertise on what Superior had to offer. I had three other quotes which were comparable in price but it was the
no pressure salesmanship that was very important to me. So as they say go I went with my intuition and haven't regretted that decision since.

I've been very pleased with the product recommended, the installation, the subsequent maintenance service and most of all comfort the Furnace & AC have provide during both summer & winter
months. As a result, I have recommend your Co to several of my acquaintance who were in need of a furnace upgrade/replacement suggesting they contact Gerry for an estimate/information etc.
To that end, I am aware of six successful references and to my knowledge they are all satisfied customers, like myself.

Side bar - on days like today I'm not as concerned about the furnace running frequently as there has also been a significant reduction in my utility (gas) bills.

Just a quick comment on the excellent customer service we received from your sales person Gerry. He was very accomodating, and knowledgable. I appreciated his no pressure, but professional attitude. He thoroughly explained all furnace options and then proceeded with payment options. I literally had very little questions as he covered it all and put it in writing. He came back a second time for a meeting with my husband and once again exceeded our expectations. He made the decision making for our new furnace quite easy and we felt we got exactly what we needed. Kudos to Gerry for such hands on customer care!
