I had done some research so I was aware of the basics involved and felt confident it would be worth the $.
A few co workers and myself saw bugs at work and I had some bites after working there a week though I couldn't see any evidence in my home I had a bad feeling so I called Michael and radar in. Radar was able to confirm my suspicions, Michael told me it didn't seem like it was a big infestation and that we had most likely caught it very early. He couldn't see anything either but my furniture has many hiding places. They were the absolute best of a terrible situation!!

I would recommend Purity to anyone who is wondering whether they have bed bugs that I did. I contacted Michael with unexplained bites and what I thought looked like bed bug eggs on my sofa bed. Even over the holiday season he was willing to come out and inspect my place the next day with his dog Radar. I was very relieved that no bedbugs eggs or bed bugs were found. Michael is very professional and informative with the questions I asked and is also very patience and calm even when I was showing anxiety. Michael and Radar were awesome. After being told over and over again that we had no bed bugs, radar found them in under 5 minutes. As upset as I am about having them, I feel so much relief that we found them quickly and can now deal with the problem before it gets worse.

Michael and Radar were fantastic! They did a thorough inspection, and located an issue that we surely would not have found without the aid of Radar's nose. We were able to contain the problem and appear to have everything taken care of, in large part due to spotting the problem early! Just had an amazing experience with Michael and Radar. I called this morning in a panic about potential bed bugs and Michael was able to fit me in within 2.5 hours of calling which was incredible. He patiently waited while I put my stubborn cat away and then got started. All in all it was about 20 minutes to do the whole house and thankfully he didn't find anything. Just to prove that Radar was a working dog, he hid trapped live bed bugs twice and Radar found them within seconds each time, unaided. Hopefully I will never be in this situation again but if for some chance I am, I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone and give Michael a call. He and Radar were excellent.

Excellent experience. Good communication and a very friendly dog. I have nothing to add to the other reviews, except to say that my experience was basically the same. I stayed at a bed bug ridden hotel and wasn't sure if the 'evidence' in my apartment I found afterwards was real or just in my head. With the possibility of only a bug or two coming back with me, waiting until it got bad enough to confirm didn't seem smart. The "peace of mind" inspection was totally worth the price.

I called Michael after finding such positive reviews on this site, and I'm really glad I did. I've been worrying about bed bugs since early October, when I woke up in a hotel one morning covered in bites. After months of scouring my apartment, and jumping at every piece of lint and skin imperfection, I decided that enough was enough. Michael was able to schedule a prompt inspection. He explained the process clearly, and I waited in the kitchen while he took Radar around my apartment. Thankfully, we were clear. After the inspection, Michael demonstrated Radar's ability to detect bedbugs by hiding a sealed vial of them in my closet. He also gave us tips on safe travelling, and what to look for.

I am terrified of larger dogs, but Radar was nothing short of an angel - absolutely gentle and kind. Mike and Radar conducted an extensive search of my condo apartment, and as they did this, I waited in the kitchen praying that the news would be good. As they completed their search, Mike assured me that Radar found nothing. He even showed me a safe demonstration as to Radar's unique talent in accurately detecting bed bugs. He was even kind and patient enough to check through items I brought in from the balcony just to help alleviate my anxiety. Mike is truly an intelligent individual with vast knowledge regarding bed bugs and pests, but more importantly to me, he is an individual who has genuine care and concern for his clients and their wellbeing - this isn't simply a business for him or a sale, but rather, a way of truly serving and helping others during an emotionally difficult time. Before leaving, Mike gave me some wonderful tips as to how to best protect myself against bed bugs while at home and during future vacations. This was by far the best money I have spent to date - the peace of mind that Radar and Mike gave me is priceless. I am hopeful that I will not need to call the dynamic duo anytime soon due to a scare, however, I will definitely be using their service again when I decide to purchase a new property just to ensure that I am not buying something I did not bargain for!
