Very friendly and comfortable in a totally stressful situation I had done some research so I was aware of the basics involved and felt confident it would be worth the $. A few co workers and myself saw bugs at work and I had some bites after working there a week though I couldn't see any evidence in my home I had a bad feeling so I called Michael and radar in. Radar was able to confirm my suspicions, Michael told me it didn't seem like it was a big infestation and that we had most likely caught it very early. He couldn't see anything either but my furniture has many hiding places. They were the absolute best of a terrible situation!!
