I phoned on a Sunday, agitated about a suspected bedbug situation at a friend's place. Michael was courteous and returned my call within the day. When i phoned the next day to make an appointment, he was able to do the canine inspection within a few hours of my call - AMAZING. The dog was incredible and brought huge peace of mind, since no infestation was found. Saved us a LOT of money in potential treatment fees and gave advice on how to remain vigilant. Very professional. Highly recommend. Also, less expensive than another local company's canine detection service.

I would highly recommend Michael and his company if you suspect you have a pest problem. He responds quickly and was able to provide same day service in our case. He handled our situation in a highly professional manner and thankfully, this time was able to reassure us that we did not have a problem. I respect his integrity and felt that we were in very good hands. Because of Michael and his well trained dog, my family and myself will sleep soundly tonight. Thank you!

Michael was great and very professional! He was on time and completed a full inspection of the house. He answered all of our questions and provided us with lots of helpful information during the course of the inspection. We definitely feel better now after having the inspection completed. Michael Goldman is a true professional. i have called purity Pest Control on several occasions with concerns I had regarding various insects I had discovered in my cottage. Michael was always prompt in returning phone calls ( even on a long holiday weekend!) and patient in listening to my questions and providing answers. For anyone looking for a company with the highest level of honesty, integrity, service and professionalism then Purity Pest Control is the company you want. By the way, Michael did not charge for his time or advise on the telephone. A fee amount was required for this review to be posted.

Michael is great. He has a passion and a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge in this area. He really is a 10! The only negative is the price. However considering all the incompetent companies propping up, this is a small price to pay. When you are in fear mode and not thinking too strongly, Michael is someone you can trust. When I thought we had bed bugs, my brain just flew threw the window. I was in fear mode and I made many weak choices. After spending over $1500, I still wasn't sure. I was reluctant to go with Michael because I didn't know if I could trust him. I am glad I did. He really is worth every penny! If I went with him in the first place, he would have saved me from making the rash decisions I did. He is the calm you need in your storm of fear. I highly recommend him.

Michael Goldman and his dog, Radar, came promptly to our condo unit to inspect for possible bed bugs. Despite condo management's pest control company coming up with no evidence, Radar quickly alerted to 3 areas in the condo. MIchael subsequently returned to do an inspection and found visible evidence. He advised on treatment options and recommended a company to use. We were very pleased with Michael's professionalism and reassurances, Radar's detective skills, and his prompt responses to calls/emails. We would definitely consult with Purity again if any future issues arise.

First of all, Purity came highly recommended to me from a very reputable source and in turn I would highly recommend Michael at Purity Pest Control. I submitted a request to Purity via email and heard back immediately. A followup phone call to discuss my situation/concerns and Michael arrived within a few hours with his canine bed bug detector, Kody. He was very patient, informative, knowledgeable and so reassuring!! He was able to make my situation so much less stressful. Michael carefully explained the process of how Kody is able to identify locations of bed bugs. I was so impressed at this dog's skill and intelligence! If you have any suspicions and would like someone to come and inspect your home for bedbugs I would highly recommend Michael and his canine inspectors at Purity !

Michael Goldman and his dog did an inspection for me a few years ago. They were both reliable, professional and reassuring. What's more, Michael is a knowledgeable entomologist who has graciously answered bug identification questions on two further occasions for free. I initially thought that Purity's fee was a little steep, but I now believe that it was well worth it for the peace of mind. Not only is a canine inspection the most reliable way to rule out or confirm bed bugs, but the customer service is truly excellent and enduring. I would recommend Purity Pest Control to anyone who is worried about bed bugs and prepared to invest in quality service.

Unlike bed bugs, the honest business person in pest control is a dying breed! I suspected we may have bedbugs, Mike at Purity not only was professional and knowledgable, he calmed me down and did not push the panic button. We took him a specimen, he helped identify the problem (which were NOT bed bugs) and pointed us in the right direction to solve our problem......ALL FOR FREE!!!!! I kid you not, he put up with my internet inspired paranoia, and calmly helped. He is a professional and a gentleman and did not push any unnecessary services or products. I wish there were more Michael Goldmans and fewer bed bugs in this world! Now let's see if the company he referred us to can meet "the Goldman" standard! Thank-you Michael, you are a Prince among men.
