Communication with measure and install dates were on Point. I ordered Caesarstone Quartz and it looks great.

This company is very meticulous for their entire process, its like a well oiled machine. The customer service is great, and everything is done in extremely detail. We are extremely Happy with this countertop company and will definitely use them in the very near future over and over again!

We needed to replace our marble counters in our lake house on Manitoulin Island and after several disappointing experiences I went to Latitude based on the recommendation of a cabinet maker. From our first visit to completion we have been impressed and pleased with the people, the products and the service.
Templating, counter install and backsplash install all happened when scheduled (actually they called and asked to come a day EARLY which was perfect). Zara kept us advised and updated regarding our Caesarstones and the granite we chose for the pantry. The install guys did a superb job but before they could do their part the "cutter" has to be commended for matching the veining so the eating bar and even the backsplashes flow together. Great job! The counters are perfect and when they came back to complete the backsplash areas nothing was missed. Every person I dealt with worked to make the result easy and perfect.
It isn't easy getting work done this far from the GTA, but Latitude came through and we recommend them without reservation.

Our new Silverwave Granite Countertop looks amazing after being installed. Johnathan had to make some changes to the design after templating, these changes were made and the install went smooth.

I needed a rush installation of countertops and sinks and I was able to find in-stock slabs. The template was done within a week, and the installation was done the next week. Every date was met and I was pleased with the professionalism of the installers. Jonathan provided good customer service and I am happy to recommend Latitude.

I specifically asked that Latitude install manufacturer supplied clips to my undermount laundry sink. For some reason they did not want to do it but were not honest enough to tell me. Instead they told me that the installer will do it on site. The installer did not bother. I am left with the risk that the silicone will fail and the sink will drop down. Latitude sent a tech Roger over who refused to do anything.

We ordered a vanity countertop in marble.Their installer damaged the countertop while drilling faucet holes.The owner Jonathan did not return calls or emails. He asked us to accept the damage " as chipping is common in marble" through an email to my contractor. Beware of this company they take your money and don't accept their responsibility. We will never use them again

We had an excellent experience with Jonathan and his team. Jonathan gave us an excellent price on our slab, sink and faucet and his installation team was a dream. My wife was home when they arrived and they took extra care to prep the area and remove the old countertop (which I was supposed to have done but wasn't able to get around to). I would highly recommend these guys and am thankful that I won't ever have to go anywhere else for future countertop needs. Do yourself a favour and check them out. He's also got unbeatable pricing on entry level granite. I've already recommended Latitude to multiple clients.

Jonathan was a great advisor though our countertop selection. We had to delay the delivery for a couple of weeks and did some minor changes to the order post installation with no issues at all. Jonathan was responsive at all times and the quality of the work speaks for it self. Thank you Latitude.
