Great Northern Insulation

I would like to commend the two installers, Cory and Adam I believe, for their professionalism and the pride they both took in their work. Despite having some challenging areas to work in and moving between finished and unfinished portions of my home, they kept a quite clean work space and left very little behind to tell they were there. They both took into consideration where equipment was laid and how it may damage existing walls and trim and protected those areas appropriately. The only criticism I have of the experience was some over spray on a small portion of floor which likely was just missed during cleanup and I was able to easily remove it with no issues.

I would be happy to provide a great reference for these two individuals work in the future and it has been my second good experience with GNI. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future of I require these services again.

The installers were were great positive people. They were polite and you would never know that there was a mess as it was all cleaned up. Even though the machine kept breaking down, they were apologetic and needed to borrow some of my tools to fix the ongoing problem. It stills leaves a positive experience in my mind and I understand that things break down and was not the installers fault.

As for Alanna , I was impressed by her and that is why I went with Great Northern for her professional attitude.

Davis was great. He was clear in explaining what he saw and what needed to be done. His advice led us to making real efforts to fix up our entire attic. It is now healthy. He matched the price of another company, but we would have used Great Northern anyway, as they were so thorough. Davis noticed a tiny bit of mold. Due to our tight schedule, the folks at Great Northern Insulation coordinated with the mold people so that everything could be done the same day. The insulation is a definite advantage to the house. The upstairs of the house no longer smells like the attic. The air conditioner seems to be working better.

The installers were friendly, helpful, and professional. They arrived on time and worked efficiently.

The crew members that came to the house were great. They were knowledgeable and did a neat clean job with no over-spray when they applied the foam.
