An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We are satisfied with the service we received. The sales rep (Davis) and schedulers (I am sorry, I don’t recall their names) were great.
The installers were a little late starting at our neighbours, and therefore they were late starting at our house, for which they did apologize. Once they got started, they were polite, courteous, professional, fast and they left the house tidy.
It’s hard to comment on our satisfaction with the work because it’s insulation and in our attic. We can’t see it and won’t know if its made a difference until we get through a winter, and get ceilings upstairs repainted and the discolouration doesn’t appear again. That being said, we have faith it was done properly but will follow up is we do have any concerns.
