Though I'm not an expert, the estimator, Davis Gailitis gave me what I thought was a fair quote. However, what I am an expert on is customer service. Davis went beyond the line of duty in caring about an overheating issue in my attic. He took my call on weekends and followed up along the way to see if the issue had been resolved prior to my even committing to the insulation service.
As far as the actual topping-up from R-30 to R-60, the gents who did the work covered my furniture in plastic, took off their shoes, and treated my house and me with respect and consideration. Jacob Gallacher and his two associates were fine young pros who knew their business and were actually passionate and proud of their work.
